UK cost calculator

What would a business phone system cost you? (UK)

Enter your team size, how many numbers you need and roughly how many outbound minutes you make a month. The quoted plan price is copied from each provider's pricing page. Usage and extras are our sum from the rates providers publish, so they sit in their own column. Where a provider doesn't publish a charge we need, we show Unknown rather than guess.

These are published prices only. We compare what providers charge, not call quality, and a low price here isn't a recommendation.

How the sums work

  • Quoted plan price is the per-user price on the provider's page times your users, or times the provider's minimum if that's higher. Where the price depends on team size, we use the band your number of users falls in.
  • Estimated usage and extras covers outbound minutes beyond the plan's allowance and phone numbers beyond those included, at the rates the provider publishes. We treat minutes as spread evenly across users. If the provider doesn't publish an overage rate, an extra number price or how many numbers come with the plan, and you'd need it, this shows Unknown.
  • Estimated total is the two added together. It's Unknown whenever either part is. For each provider we use its cheapest published plan that has the features you ticked.
  • Annual billing uses the annual price where one is published; if a provider only shows a monthly price, we use that and say so. Monthly billing shows Unknown for providers that only publish an annual price.
  • Add-ons that need another subscription only appear when you tick the base plan box, and then show the add-on price on its own.
  • Features come from each provider's own page, read on 3 November 2026. We haven't tested them. Hardware, setup fees, international calls and VAT treatment beyond what's stated aren't in the totals.
  • Featured listings, when any are sold, sit at the top labelled 'Featured (paid)' and don't take a number.
