What the site is

Cloud Phone Compare is a free guide to business phone system prices, run by Kris Millar in the UK. It copies prices and terms from each provider's own public pricing page and dates them. It's general information, not advice about which provider suits your business, and we don't test the services listed.

Accuracy

Providers change their prices and plans without telling us, so a figure here can be out of date. Always check the provider's own page before you buy. Where a provider doesn't publish something, we say Unknown. Estimates and calculator totals are sums from published figures only and may differ from what you're actually charged. If you find a mistake, tell us and we'll correct it.

Links to other sites

Links to providers take you to sites we don't control. Their own terms and privacy policies apply there. Any contract you make is between you and the provider.

Paid listings and affiliate links

Listings are free. Paid placements and any affiliate links are labelled where they appear. Payment never changes our prices or estimates, and paid placements are labelled. The details are on how we make money.

Reusing our content

The UK price data on the price report is free to reuse under CC BY 4.0, with credit to Cloud Phone Compare and a link to the page. The rest of the site's text and design belongs to Cloud Phone Compare. Provider names and trademarks belong to their owners.

Privacy

See our privacy page. The site sets no cookies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes go to the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
