What Microsoft Teams Phone costs in the UK
Teams Phone turns Microsoft Teams into a business phone system. It's an add-on: the UK list price starts at £7.70/user/month, but that doesn't include a phone number, call minutes or the Teams licence itself. Here's what each route costs, from Microsoft's own UK pages.

Combined with a Microsoft 365 plan that includes Teams
Microsoft's Teams Phone page says a separate licence for Microsoft Teams is required. The cheapest Microsoft 365 business plan with Teams on Microsoft's UK comparison page is Microsoft 365 Business Basic at £5.40/user/month, paid yearly, ex VAT, and it includes Microsoft Teams (chat, calls and meetings). Adding the two published prices gives these combined figures. Check with Microsoft or your IT partner that your licence qualifies for Teams Phone.

The three ways to get calls into Teams
Microsoft Calling Plan. Microsoft supplies the number and minutes. Teams Phone with domestic calling at £13.10/user/month includes UK number and 3,000 outbound domestic minutes.
Operator Connect. You buy Teams Phone Standard and a phone company in Microsoft's directory supplies numbers and calls. The operator sets its own price, so the total depends on who you pick.
Direct Routing. You connect your own phone carrier through a certified session border controller. It suits businesses with an existing carrier contract or an IT partner to run it.
